About measureing method

The following data of (1) and (2) have been obtained by different measurement systems. So,please note that there are some differences between data (1) and (2).

  • Network analyzers have been used for measurement mainly.
  • Measured data are obtained by mounting a capacitor on a dedicated substrate to reflect actual use.
  • The measurement voltage is not constant (0.1Vrms or less).
  • The measurement conditions are different from the ones of "nominal value" of capacitance.
  • S-parameters or netlists provided on this page are based on these data.

(2)C-DC bias, C-Temp., C-AC Voltage

  • LCR meters or other instruments have been used for measurement.
  • The measuring frequencies of these data are used our prescribed frequencies.
  • There are two kinds of graphs of "Capacitance" and "Capacitance Change Rate" related to AC voltage which is our prescribed voltage or 0.01Vrms on C-DC bias and C-Temp.
    when you select the part number of the high dielectric constant type MLCC.
    If you want to use the high dielectric constant type MLCC with low AC voltage, please look at the graphs and use the data at 0.01Vrms as a reference.
